INGREDIENTS

600 grams (approx. 21.1 ounces) of salt cod, cut in pieces |

extra virgin olive oil |
 |
one bunch of Swiss chard |
 |
one celery bunch with leaves |
 |
one onion100 grams (approx. 3.5 ounces) of raisins |
 |
400 grams (approx. 14 ounces) of crushed tomatoes |

PREPARATION:
 | Put the chopped
vegetables and minced onions in a pan with a little oil. Cook for 15 minutes,
then add the tomato. Cook another 15 minutes, then add the cod and the
raisins. Let it simmer for a while longer until the liquid has evaporated.
