Fagioli con Gamberetti e Bottarga

250 gr. cooked small white (navy) beans
155 gr. shrimp (prawns) cooked and shelled
1 ripe tomato, finely chopped
30 gr.grated bottarga (pressed dried roe of tuna)
extra-virgine olive oil
salt
combine all the ingredients in a sald bowl. Take care in checking for salt, as the bottarga will contribute to the saltiness of the mixture. Serve warm or cold
