Grilled Pork on Skewers (Sateh babi)

2 pound lean pork
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbs. ground ginger
3 tbs. sweet soy sauce (if not available use regular soy sauce and add 1 tbs. brown sugar)

Cut meat in 1 inch cubes mix in all ingredients and let marinate for an hour. Put meat on skewers and grill over moderate charcoal fire until done.

Serve with peanut or soy sauce
